Individual Digital Development Plan: Diagnosis, Gap Analysis and Action Prioritisation

on August 5 and 6 a two-day Digital Development Programme workshop organised by OIC POLAND Foundation of WSEI University, held at Pałac w Małkowie, Małków, Poland.

Day One (5 August) – Diagnosis and Development Priorities
The first day focused on the Individual Digital Development Plan (IDDP) and Digital Maturity Checklist (DMC). Participants explored good digital practices and accessibility-focused digital innovations, analysed their organisations' business models, identified development gaps and areas for improvement, prioritised digital actions and explored potential funding opportunities.

Day Two (6 August) – Practical Work with Mentors
The second day focused on practical work with mentors. Participants assessed their organisations' digital maturity using the Digital Maturity Checklist, analysed the results to identify strengths and areas for development, and worked on identifying digital gaps and prioritising actions to be included in their Individual Digital Development Plans (IDDPs).
